Teresa Gay – Estate Sale Specialist
I’m a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Textiles and Apparel. My career has taken me from the high-end casing industry to elder care—both experiences that strengthened my passion for service, organization, and attention to detail.
For over 25 years, I’ve called Clearlake, Texas home, building a strong network of trusted professionals who assist with everything from estate sales to jewelry appraisals. My expertise in home organization, staging, and estate liquidation allows me to help families navigate the often-overwhelming process of managing an estate sale.
At Virtue Estate Sales, I partner with Tracy, bringing over 15 years of teamwork and dedication to every project. Together, we handle everything from pricing and staging to marketing and selling, ensuring a stress-free and successful estate sale experience for our clients.
I’m also an active member of Grace Church Houston and serve as the Area Coordinator for Moms In Prayer for CCISD and Friendswood ISD, where I love connecting with and supporting the community.

Tracy Tidwell – Estate Sale Specialist
Helping and uplifting others has always been my life’s calling. From my years as a Magazine Editor and Marketing Specialist in the fast-paced worlds of New York City and Houston, I honed the skills of organization, collaboration, and delivering results under pressure. These experiences later inspired me to launch JourneyFit, a fitness community I’ve nurtured for 13 years, where people achieve their goals while finding a true sense of belonging. My work as a Flexologist at StretchLab has further strengthened my commitment to wellness and personal connection.
Above all, I’m a devoted mom to three incredible young adults who continue to inspire me every day. Their growth reminds me of the power of effort, resilience, and the values that shape us.
That same passion for connection and service led me to co-found Virtue Estate Sales with Teresa Gay, a dear friend of 16 years and fellow empty-nester. Together, we bring compassion, care, and integrity to every estate sale, helping families and individuals navigate downsizing, estate liquidation, and life transitions with ease.
